1. Services Provided
Key Biscayne Movers offers residential, commercial, and long-distance moving services. Additional services, such as packing and storage, may be arranged upon request.
2. Booking and Payment Terms
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or signed agreement.
- Payment options include credit cards, checks, and cash.
- Full payment is required upon service completion unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service.
- Deposits may be forfeited for cancellations made within 48 hours of the service date.
4. Liability
- Key Biscayne Movers is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather.
- Customers must disclose fragile or high-value items before the move.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate details about the moving requirements are provided.
- Guarantee safe and clear access to the pickup and delivery locations.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for damaged items is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the item or $0.60 per pound, unless additional insurance is purchased.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved under Florida state laws.
8. Updates to Terms
Key Biscayne Movers reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will become effective upon posting.
